The challenge
Roularta Printing is a recognised Belgian leader in the field of printing and production of high-quality print media. The company is well known for its in-house production of magazines and newspapers.
Part of Roularta’s activities consists of external printing jobs for publishers of magazines, newspapers, and brochures, and the company wanted to make it better known that they also handle this type of work.
The solution
duomedia worked alongside the Roularta Printing team on the creation of a new website blueprint. Call-to-action buttons and promotional text were added to increase interactions and to make the information more accurate.

Website blueprint
On the new website, navigation is pleasant and information is easy to find. duomedia provided support for fresh copywriting describing the company’s activities, and guidance with the careful selection of photographs showing the facilities and printed magazines.
The website structure was redesigned, and new copy and images were added to each page.
Purposefully edited videos
Videos play an important role on the Roularta Printing website and the scripting was done with the help of duomedia. The videos show the different processes involved in the print of a magazine or a newspaper and they were a way to visually convey Roularta Printing’s state-of-the-art printing solutions.
Gathering leads
Promotional content was added to drive customers to the website and increase traffic. Clear call-to-action buttons were added to motivate visitors to engage. As a result, conversion rates were optimized.
In addition, portraits of employees were incorporated to show the many faces and personalities of the company, making it more approachable and promoting the employees as ambassadors.
Launch of a newsletter
A series of newsletters was developed to connect with existing business contacts. The newsletters informed them of the print services offered by Roularta, helping to increase the volume of external print jobs.
